Rajendra Vaidya, Managing Director, CEO
Rajendra Vaidya has extensive expertise in complex project management, business administration, and development of organization-wide performance measures. Rajendra has built, nurtured and grown several service based businesses. Prior to EXL-Source Rajendra founded and, as a Managing director for seven years, successfully built a 92 people strong IT services organization - Prabodhan Infosystems Pvt. Ltd which had the unique distinction of being profitable from the first month of its operations . He was part of a senior management team at Thermax Ltd. and Kirloskar Kisan Ltd. - both large Pune-based engineering companies. At Kirloskar's he was heading the Engineering Design and Project departments.
Rajendra earned a Master of Marketing Science degree from Symbiosis Institute of business management in Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
Ranjana Vaidya, Director
Ms. Ranjana Vaidya has been working in the field of finance and accounts since 1988. She holds the distinction of turning around sick units. She has been managing the entire accounting functions for a variety of industries. Her expertise in setting up Export Oriented Unit's and developing total financial solutions for such organizations has earned her a special reputation in the market.
Ranjana earned her bachelors degree in commerce from University of Pune and is a Fellow CA. She also holds a diploma in Information Systems Audit (ISA) of ICAI. Her expertise and experience in the field of accounts, payrolls, loan processing and insurance helps the organization in its growth in the outsourcing business.
Shirish Bhagwat, Head Transition Group
Shirish looks after the Transition management and the Production team of EXL's BPO business. Shirish has been working in industrial and software services since 1986. He has worked on several projects in India and abroad. Shirish is our process expert on board - with his methodical and step-by-step approach he is best suited to replicate the client business process at EXL-Source. This is integral to the client developing long-term off-shoring strategy and ensures a smooth migration process.
Shirish earned his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, USA . He earned a Diploma in Industrial and Business Management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
